The iHV Learning and Development Programme offers a comprehensive year-round schedule designed to support continuing professional development (CPD) and lifelong learning. Our training opportunities reflect the evolving needs of the workforce and provide valuable opportunities to enhance knowledge, skills and practice. Many of our programmes are delivered on a multi-professional and multi-agency basis, enabling participants to learn collaboratively, share perspectives and strengthen integrated working across services.
