At the Institute we are asked to contribute to health and social care policies that have the potential to impact on public health and health visiting.

We see this as a very important part of our work as it allows the Institute to provide a voice for health visiting and keep the work health visitors undertake, and the contribution they make to children, families and communities, high on the policy agenda.

We use every opportunity to raise the national profile of health visiting and the profession.

On this page, we share information on our activities in raising the national profile of health visiting. We also publish our responses to consultations on another page – please see link below for further information.
