Our original leadership development programme launched in 2017 based upon original health visiting research by Dr Karen Stansfield was well-received by participants and their managers. With the support of the NHS Leadership Academy the programme has just been revised and refreshed. Our updated programme now offers a blended learning approach to leadership development with contemporary online and digital learning activity to support face-to-face training elements.
This programme is aimed at developing SCPHN leadership capacity and capability within 0-19 services to make a difference to children, families and communities.
