PT – How does smoking affect pregnancy, babies and children?

Babies and children are particularly vulnerable to the effects of secondhand smoke which is a mixture of smoke from the burning end of a cigarette and the person breathing out the smoke. The smoke has over 4000 chemicals and toxins, which babies and children breathe in when someone is smoking near them.
