PT – Managing Food Allergies in children under 5 years

Allergies are more likely to develop if there’s a history of eczema, asthma, hayfever or food allergies in your family. Breastfeeding your baby exclusively for the first 6 months will help to lower their risk. If you’re not breastfeeding, ask your health visitor or GP for advice on what kind of formula milk to offer your baby.

Please note: this Parent Tip has been removed and is currently under review/update.  As soon as an updated version is published, we will make it available here. Many thanks.
