Conference Ticket Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all conference bookings.
Booking:
- In-person tickets include refreshments, lunch and conference materials.
- Completing a booking form reserves your place; payment must be completed for registration to be confirmed.
- Bookings are a legally binding agreement to pay any invoices raised.
- All invoices must be paid before the event; otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
- We accept payment by credit or debit card, or via purchase order and invoicing.
- If an iHV member ticket has been purchased, membership must be valid on the date of the conference for the discount to apply. If membership has expired, the delegate or funding organisation will need to pay the difference for a non-member ticket.
- Final event details will be emailed two weeks prior to the conference.
Cancellation policy:
- Any cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing [email protected].
- Cancellation requests 30 days or more before the event: full refund (minus a £25 admin fee).
- Cancellation requests less than 30 days before the event: no refund, but your place can be transferred to a colleague.
- If iHV cancels the event, you’ll receive a full refund.
- The iHV reserves the right to make necessary changes to the conference programme.
- Any eligible cancellations will be processed within 14 days.
Privacy policy:
By booking you agree to our privacy policy:
- Your details will be stored securely and may be used to invite you to events, answer queries or seek your views.
- We will not share your data with third parties or sell it.
- To opt out of future contact, email [email protected].
Photography and recording consent:
- We live stream and take photographs and videos at all our conferences.
- If you do not wish to be photographed, please email [email protected], or make us aware on the day of the event.
