By completing this transaction, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- For in-person delegates, the price of your ticket includes complimentary refreshments, lunch, and conference materials.
- By completing a booking form you are reserving your place(s) and an invoice will be raised or card payment taken. If a purchase order number is required for your invoice, this must be provided within 14 days of booking. Registrations can only be confirmed on receipt of a completed card or invoice payment.
- This booking constitutes a legally binding agreement to pay any invoices raised associated with registration including any cancellation fees as detailed below.
- Invoices will also include the option to pay via credit/debit cards.
- All invoices must be processed/paid prior to the event. Failure to do so may lead to your booking being cancelled.
- All confirmed delegates will receive an email from [email protected] (iHV Events team) around 2 weeks prior to the conference with final conference information. If you have not heard from us by then, it is your responsibility to contact us to ensure your place is booked.
- By submitting your booking, you agree to these iHV booking terms and conditions, our cancellation policy and our privacy policy below.
Cancellation Policy
- Should you need to cancel your place, email [email protected] to let us know that you wish to receive a refund.
- Cancellations received on/prior to one calendar month before the conference will be refunded in full but may be subject to a £10 administration fee;
- Cancellations received after one calendar month before the conference will not be refunded. However, you can transfer your booked place to a colleague by contacting [email protected] to confirm the new delegate name, contact email, job title and organisation.
- Any outstanding invoices awaiting payment at the time of cancellation are subject to the same terms and conditions.
- In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled by the iHV due to unforeseen circumstances, the ticket cost will be refunded in full (via the original payment method).
- The iHV reserves the right to make necessary changes to the conference programme (which may include speakers and/or topics).
Privacy Policy
By booking a place/places at this conference, you agree to the iHV’s privacy policy. Subsequently, your details will be stored on our secure database and you may be contacted from time to time for the following limited reasons:
- to invite you to conferences and other networking opportunities
- to invite you to educational and training events and activities
- to answer questions that you have asked about our activities
- to seek volunteers for involvement in research or publicising health visiting matters
- to consult you or seek your views about matters affecting health visiting

Your personal information will be kept strictly confidential. We will not share it with any third-party organisations or individuals without your permission. Your personal information will not be sold, given away or shared with anyone else, unless we’re required to do so by law.
