Developing Resilience Masterclass
Our masterclass aims to inspire practitioners to take action to develop greater resilience as a means to improving their wellbeing, work satisfaction or pleasure, thus improving performance and retention for organisations.
The interactive masterclass explores the background to resilience and approaches to resilience-building in some depth, including restorative supervision, mindfulness, positive psychology, and acceptance therapy, and looking for support to sponsor new resilience-building goals to take forward.
Our masterclass cohort sizes are strictly limited to maintain richness of learning and availability of support to participants.
Participating in this masterclass will equip participants over the following modules:
- Background to resilience
- Approaches to building resilience
- Personal resilience reflection and planning
The masterclass can be further enhanced with an optional addition of a Restorative Supervision follow-up package for participants, provided in the form of two one-to-one sessions delivered over 3-6 months after the masterclass, to review, promote and maintain participant resilience.
