Our awareness programme aims to explore factors that impact and influence practitioners’ resilience at both organisational and individual levels, reflecting upon the wide impact of failing to address the emotional impact of caring on the health and wellbeing of practitioners.
At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to report raised awareness of the models of support available to enhance resilience at an organisational and personal level; and improved knowledge of how to access further information and online learning in relation to resilience and emotional wellbeing at work.
“Excellent – should have had this years ago”
“Very good – increased awareness of support to increase resilience at a personal level. Increased personal awareness of ways I can influence my personal resilience”
“Made me so self-aware. Videos are very good”
