Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, Royal College of Midwives,Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, Public Health England and Health Protection Scotland have produced guidance for healthcare professionals on Coronavirus (COVID-19) infection in pregnancy. PHE guidance would indicate that if a mother and baby leave hospital and return to share a home with someone with symptoms of COVID-19 infection they should self-isolate.
