Our warmest congratulations to our very own trustee and founding member, Professor Sarah Cowley who in the 2013 New Year’s Honours is to become Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire (DBE). Sarah’s new title will be Professor Dame Sarah Cowley in acknowledgement of her services to health visiting.
This is a richly deserved award for Sarah who has been so enormously influential in guiding the profession through her academic activities over very many years.
