PHE SAPHNA & CPHVA support: Leadership for School Nurses – Improving outcomes for children, young people and their families through strong and effective leadership.

This is a comprehensive leadership course which includes two days of face to face training, the second of which is a ‘train the trainer’ day for the attendees to cascade their learning at a local level.
This has been developed in response to consultation and is open to any SCPHN School Nurse ranging from band 6 to band 8a who is enthusiastic about leadership and change and has been qualified for 2 years.
