Health Visitor
The States of Guernsey are looking for a Health Visitor to join their Health Visiting Team within Public Health Services.
Salary Band: Band 6
Salary Range: £47,860 – 57,635 or BAR £59,498 – £64,615 per annum
Working Arrangements: 37.5 hours per week
This will provide an exciting opportunity for the postholder to have overall management of a defined caseload, and the provision of a full range of health visiting services to those families, including Universal, MECSH and safeguarding work. In addition there is also the opportunity to deliver community-based group activities.
Reflective supervision is encouraged for all aspects, clinical, safeguarding and MECSH as well as professional development being readily available. This is a small but supportive skill mix team who work hard to promote the health and development of the pre-school children on our Islands.
This role comes with a competitive salary, progressive annual leave and entitlement to a pension scheme. We will also consider previous service in a substantive post in the NHS or Local Authority towards entitlement to annual leave, maternity leave and sick pay.
