Not sure what happened with LIFB logo superimposed on text!
What it’s covering are the 2 great research based videos by Dr Amy Brown from Swansea University one on “should babies sleep through the night” here https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=KloS897cp-c based on research with over 700 babies.
Another great one by Amy is “How you can support a breast feeding mum” here https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=03yQs9tAe3c again based on reserach with 100 mums. Both films are 5 minutes long & well worth watching
The other one is the Born to Move app we have discussed free to download from the App Store

Thanks Gillian I agree cultural considerations need to be taken into account

Our local children and family centre use “family star” http://www.outcomesstar.org.uk/about-the-outcomes-star/ which is really useful and we can use it when co-working early help plans. (I much admit our Trust has not been forthcoming in funding our own licences)
Women seem to be able to access mental health services or “time to talk” cbt but there is lack of liaison. I would love to see them take active roles in early help plans
