Working in Quality Improvement within a Community NHS Trust gives me so many opportunities to see amazing improvement work going on. I support colleagues throughout the Trust to plan and implement their quality improvement ideas. It has been a privilege to support our Health Visitors with their service improvement project. I have gained a real insight into their service and the work that they do to support families throughout the whole of Derbyshire.
