Health Visitor Clinical Lead for SEND
Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust
Kirsty qualified as a Midwife in 2012 before commencing her career as a Health Visitor in 2014. Since June 2021 Kirsty has been a Health Visitor Clinical Lead for SEND in Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust and has been the iHV expert advisor for SEND since September 2022.
As a Health Visitor Clinical Leads for SEND Kirsty is involved in developing processes and pathways, delivering training, and supporting the PHN 0 – 5 years’ service to provide SEND provision.
Kirsty is passionate about early recognition and intervention to improve outcomes for children with SEND and working in partnership with other agencies.
