iHV launches new badges for members: A symbol of pride

25th July 2024

The iHV is delighted to announce the launch of its new pin badges for members, designed especially for you! These badges are more than just an emblem, they symbolise the pride and dedication of being part of the health visiting profession and our Institute.

Why This Badge Matters

  • Pride in our profession: knowing the difference that your work makes to babies, children, families and communities.
  • Unity and Belonging: When you wear this badge, you are not just an individual – you are a valued member of a large, vibrant and supportive community. It serves as a reminder that you are never alone and that together we are stronger!

In a world where health inequalities are widening and preventable diseases pose the greatest threats to global health, health visitors are needed more than ever. The world is waking up to this – our job as health visitors, and the wider health visiting community, is to lead our profession into the future. At the iHV, we are very confident that, together, we can build a better future!
