We hope that you are finding your membership of the iHV extremely valuable. However, should you wish to cancel your membership, we require your written authorisation to do so. If you are an Associate, Student, Retired, Friend or International member, please complete and submit the following form to cancel your membership. Once submitted, your request will be sent to the iHV Membership Team and your cancellation will be actioned accordingly. We will endeavour to action this for you as soon as possible but please allow up to five (5) working days for this to be actioned. We will cancel your direct debit for you. As soon as your cancellation has been processed, we will email you to confirm this. Your member benefits and 'members only' access to resources will be revoked at the end of your last payment period.
