Healthier Together is a website which has been developed in partnership with parents and healthcare professionals from across Dorset, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, and the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH). The iHV has worked together with the Healthier Together team to develop resources to support families.
The Healthier Together website offers information and advice on a variety of health topics for babies, children, young people and healthcare professionals. It uses a Red, Amber, Green (RAG) rating of when to seek medical advice and information from different healthcare professionals including health visitors.
Please click on the title of the illness you would like to know more about. Within each section, you will find information in both a film and pdf format – you will find some of which have also been translated into Bengali, Gujarati, Indian Punjabi, Romanian, Spanish and Urdu – and are in accessible, easy read formats.
