Your own space on the iHV website
We've introduced a new portal, giving every user their own dedicated area of the website.
From here, you can manage your details, manage events, track your CPD, update your preferences and, if you're a member, manage your membership and connect with colleagues through exclusive member groups.
This personalised space makes it easier to access the information, services and opportunities that are relevant to you.
Improved events experience
Finding and booking events is now easier with an interactive event calendar, showing all upcoming events with bookings managed directly through your portal.
Easier access to resources
We've reorganised our content to help you find what you need more quickly. A new Professional Hub brings together key information, guidance and resources to support your professional practice and development.
The layout was clear, concise and easy to access. All in all an excellent website for up to date, evidenced-based information for service users.

I thought the website was so much better, much easier to navigate, there is a much more logical layout of the content, it was easy to use on mobile device, laptop and desktop. The content isn’t overwhelming and it’s where you expect it to be.
iHV Member
Accessing Your Account
If you have previously been a member, attended an event, accessed iHV Learn, or have an existing relationship with iHV, your account may already be created for you. Simply reset your password to access your account.
If you're new to iHV and don't already have an account, you'll need to create one before accessing the portal and its services.
Existing iHV Users
To access your account:
- Click Log In in the top right-hand corner of the website.
- Select Forgot your password?
- Enter the email address associated with your existing iHV account.
- Verify your email address using the code sent to your inbox.
- Create a new password and sign in.
Important: Please use the same email address you've previously used with iHV. This ensures your membership details, event bookings, learning history, and other records are linked to your account.
New Users
If you've never interacted with iHV before and don't already have an account:
- Click Log In in the top right-hand corner of the website.
- Select Sign up now.
- Enter your email address and complete the verification process.
- Create your account and sign in.
Once registered, you'll be able to access our online services, book events, enrol on learning opportunities, and apply for membership through your portal.
