This intensive and in-depth programme assumes prior knowledge of managing common settling and sleep issues and is therefore suited to experienced health visitors and those who have already undertaken practitioner level sleep training previously.
The masterclass will use group work and interactive learning strategies to explore the management of a number of complex issues including: the Compassionate Mind Approach to sleep; reflux and sleep; cow’s milk protein intolerance or allergy and sleep; acute separation anxiety; fears and phobias and sleep and other sleep disturbances and disorders e.g. overcrowding, late settling and early rising, nocturnal eating and drinking disorders; deep sleep disturbances e.g. sleep walking, and sleep wake transition disorders e.g. head banging, cot or body rocking and the influence of attachment on sleep.
Can be commissioned for in-house delivery within your own organisation – or look out for open training events available at a venue in your region for group or individual booking.
