Sarah has over 20 years’ experience as a strategic marketing consultant and qualitative researcher.
Sarah has worked in and run a diverse range of agencies, from small UK agencies to brand consultancy Headlight/Vision and global trends company, The Futures Company. She has a broad range of business experience, including launching and building successful businesses in the UK and India.
In 2011, she co-founded The Behavioural Architects, a global insight, research and strategic consultancy. The Behavioural Architects has successfully grown to a business of 20 in the UK with additional offices in Australia and China. They have won numerous awards including Best New Agency of the Year in 2013 and Best Place to Work in 2015.
Sarah’s work covers global marketing, brand and innovation research and strategy for both commercial and public sector/social clients. As part of the latter, the focus is on behaviour change and improving positive behavioural outcomes.
