Don’t miss your opportunity to have your say in our health review contacts survey to better understand:

• how universal health review contacts are being delivered; and
• how the iHV can best support you in your vital work.

This survey is for:

• frontline health visitors
• health visiting team members
• service leads

The survey includes questions on how holistic assessment is currently being delivered. It will explore the delivery of five common universal health review contacts which are included in health visiting pathways across all UK nations:

• Antenatal visit
• New birth visit
• 6–8-week review
• 9–12-month review
• 2–2.5-year review

By sharing your experience, you’ll help us identify what’s working well, where more support might be needed, and how we can influence national policy and guidance to support consistent, high-quality practice across the UK.

How to take part in health review contacts survey

For those people on our mailing lists (including members, previous members, Champions and Ambassadors), you will have received an email from us with the survey link. So please do check your emails.

For those health visitors or health visiting team members who are not on our mailing lists and would like to complete this survey, please contact [email protected] to request the survey link.

All responses are anonymous and stored securely in line with GDPR.
