Masterclass details

Communication & Influencing: presentation and feedback in a rehearsal setting
Our unique communication programme gives you the opportunity to create, practise and gain feedback on your personal introduction and a micro-presentation. The day will also include best use of visual aids; utilising body, breath & voice; handling nerves; maximising your status and presence; and developing storytelling technique for captivating content and purpose.

Leading the Healthy Child Programme
Our interactive workshop is designed to inspire and motivate health visitors as leaders of the 0-5 Healthy Child Programme – using a range of resources that support group work and discussion we aim to support you to influence care and promote positive outcomes for children and families.
Be stimulated by the work that we undertake in this fabulous popular masterclass – described by previous participants as “inspiring and motivating”.

Developing Resilience
Our awareness programme aims to explore factors that impact and influence practitioners’ resilience at both organisational and individual levels, reflecting upon the wide impact of failing to address the emotional impact of caring on health and wellbeing. Participants will gain an improved knowledge of maintaining resilience and emotional wellbeing at work through a variety of group work and discussion.
